Premiership: FA to discuss trial verdicts
The Football Association have confirmed that a decision on the international futures of Lee Bowyer and Jonathan Woodgate will be made next week.
The duo have been ineligible for selection for international games pending the outcome of their trial at Hull Crown Court.
Bowyer was found not guilty of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and affray over a street attack on a student.
Woodgate was found guilty of affray but cleared of causing grievous bodily harm.
The FA say they will be considering the verdicts before making an official statement.
A spokesman said: "We will be giving the verdicts due consideration over the next couple of days but we are not making any official comment at this stage."
