Soccer: Vieira - ‘‘I have a responsibility to Gunners’’

Midfielder Patrick Vieira has hinted he may extend his Arsenal contract, claiming he feels he has ‘‘a responsibility’’ to the club.

The France international has denied claims he is unsettled at Highbury and insists he is looking forward to the prospect of Arsenal reaching new heights in their planned new 60,000-seat stadium.
