Ireland-Argentina friendly will not take place

The Republic of Ireland’s planned friendly against Argentina next April has been axed, as the South Americans are unable to make the proposed date.

The Republic of Ireland’s planned friendly against Argentina next April has been axed, as the South Americans are unable to make the proposed date.

However, African champions Nigeria will visit Lansdowne Road in May along with the other confirmed friendlies against Russia on February 13 and Denmark on March 27.
