Premiership: Fowler agrees personal terms with Leeds

Robbie Fowler has today agreed personal terms with Leeds United after Liverpool confirmed last night that they have agreed to sell Fowler.

The fee is believed to be around £11m.

The move comes after Leeds officials refused to meet the original £15m asking price.

Fowler’s future at Anfield has been in doubt for some time after it became clear that he was no longer part of manager Gerard Houllier’s first-choice line-up.

He has still to complete a medical for Leeds.
