Eircom League: Bray dismiss Aberdeen Byrne bid

Bray Wanderers manager Pat Devlin today dismissed reports that star striker Jason Byrne was on the verge of leaving the club.

Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen had supposedly made a bid for the player.

Byrne was the subject of a £100,000 bid from Tranmere Rovers last season.

He has already scored six goals for Bray this term.
