Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson has rejected reports that he may be prepared to take over as Scotland international manager following Craig Brown’s resignation at the weekend.

The Scottish Football Association is now looking at George Graham, Alex McLeish and Gordon Strachan as possible replacements.
