Soccer: Benarrivo 'not joining us' - Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough have confirmed that Italian defender Antonio Benarrivo will not be joining the club.

Manager Steve McClaren insists the deal fell through because the Teessiders could not agree personal terms with the 33-year-old, rather than because he was unimpressed after a trip around the town.
