Premiership: Bolton stay top after battling draw at Arsenal

Bolton remain top of the Premiership after a battling display at Arsenal.

The visitors had Gardner sent off after half an hour and looked in trouble when debut boy Jeffers put the Gunners ahead in the second half.

However, Bolton equalised thanks to a late Ricketts goal.

Man Utd easily beat Ipswich with goals by Solskjaer (two), Johnsen and Cole while Finland's Litmanen gave Liverpool the points at home to Tottenham.

Elsewhere Blackburn beat Everton thanks to a goal by Grabbi while Leicester and Fulham played out a scoreless draw at Filbert Street.
