Soccer: Fulham sign Chelsea full-back

Fulham have signed Chelsea full-back Jon Harley for £3.5m, subject to a medical.

Harley, who faced competition for his first-team place last season from Graeme Le Saux and Celestine Babayaro, became surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge following the arrival of Boudewijn Zenden last week.

He has now become Fulham manager Jean Tigana's fourth signing this summer, alongside Edwin van der Sar, Abdelslam Ouaddou and Steed Malbranque.
