Graeme Souness has criticised Spurs over their handling of a proposed move for Blackburn Rovers' goalkeeper Alan Kelly.

There have been on-off talks between Glenn Hoddle and the Republic of Ireland keeper after a Stg£600,000 bid was accepted by the Ewood Park side.
