Soccer: Celtic lower Balde bid

Celtic have lowered their bid for Toulouse defender Bobo Balde after reports of the French club's increasing financial uncertainty.

The Scottish champions had originally agreed to pay £2.5m for Balde, but they are now offering just £1.4m.
