Soccer: Campbell talks to Arsenal

Sol Campbell will open talks with Arsenal this week and decide within the next 10 days whether to join the London club.

According to Sunday newspaper reports, the English international would consider moving to Tottenham's arch-rivals.

In other reports, Manchester United are ready to move for Parma defender Lilian Thuram - and are confident they can beat Juventus in the race to recruit France's World Cup winner.

They are also reportedly tabling a £20m bid for Kieron Dyer.
