Disappointed Manchester City chairman David Bernstein has admitted lessons must be learnt after the Blues were relegated after just one season in the Premiership.

City’s fate was sealed when they conceded two goals in the last 13 minutes to lose 2-1 against Ipswich at Portman Road.
