Soccer: Holland take three-goal half-time lead

In the other World Cup Qualifying Group Two match favourites Holland have taken a three-goal half-time lead against minnows Cyprus.

Chelsea striker Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink got his side off the mark on 29 mins.

Marc Overmars made it two on 35 minutes and Patrick Kliuvert added a third just before the stroke of half-time.

Meanwhile, Manchester United new recruit Ruud van Nistelrooy is expected to come on in the second half.
