Premiership: Wetherall KO blow
Bradford manager Jim Jefferies’ hopes for an end-of-season flourish have been hit by the loss of centre-back David Wetherall for the last four weeks of the campaign.
Wetherall has suffered a recurrence of a groin injury, and although further surgery is not necessary, the 30-year-old has been told not to play again this season.
Jamie Lawrence returns to the squad and if selected will play with a protective covering to protect his broken hand, but Gary Locke remains out with his own hand injury.
