Everton striker Joe-Max Moore is due to continue his comeback from a calf injury with an outing for the reserves against Manchester United.

He will be hoping to fire the side closer to the FA Premier Reserve League title and boost his match fitness with a view to returning to the first team starting line-up.

The American made a short appearance from the substitutes bench for the first team's game at Aston Villa last weekend.

Also under the watchful eye of Walter Smith's management team will be Phil Jevons and Stephen Hughes, who plays his first game since a back injury, as the second-placed reserves look to overtake leaders Sunderland.
