Soccer: McCarthy announces provisional team

Niall Quinn is back in Mick McCarthy's provisional 30-man squad to face Andorra at Lansdowne Road.

Tottenham defender, Stephen Carr, also returns while Manchester City winger, Mark Kennedy, is included for the first time since he was sent home along with Phil Babb from the squad for the opening World Cup qualifier against Holland in Amsterdam.
