Benito Carbone is poised to end his Bradford nightmare and join Middlesbrough in a shock deadline day move today.

Carbone and his agent will meet with Boro chairman Steve Gibson and coach Terry Venables in the hope of thrashing out a deal ahead of the 5pm cut-off point.
