Soccer: Dein's warning on new transfer deal

Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein today warned that the agreement on a new transfer system would make it easier for players to leave clubs.

Negotiators from FIFA, UEFA and the European Union’s executive commission clinched a deal yesterday after five hours of talks in Brussels, although FIFA president Sepp Blatter immediately admitted the agreement had still to be sold to players.
