John Caulfield threw a spanner in Bohemians' title ambitions with a late winner at Dalymount.

Bohs were hoping to close the gap at the top on leaders Shelbourne, thumped 4-1 by St Pat's on Friday night.

But Cork, missing five first-teamers due to suspension and injury, stole all three points with the only goal on 73 minutes.

Noel Hartigan did much of the work by getting in a deep cross from the right and Caulfield stole in at the back post to sidefoot home.
