Soccer : Kinnear quits Oxford

Joe Kinnear has quit as Oxford United's director of football.

The former Wimbledon manager, who suffered a heart attack nearly two years ago, has left the second division strugglers by mutual consent.

He intends to spend more time with his family and concentrate on looking after his health.
