Watford will show no mercy to struggling Norwich, warns Quique Sanchez Flores
The Hornets boss takes his team to Norwich tonight before completing the campaign at home against Sunderland on Sunday. Norwich are teetering on the brink of relegation, with victory over Watford essential for their hopes of staying up. However, even that might not be enough as a Sunderland win at home to Everton tonight would condemn the Canaries.
Flores knows his Watford side could turn out to be the “bad boys” in East Anglia. “I don’t like to play against Norwich and Sunderland because they are fighting against relegation and it’s always very sad, but in this case we are the bad boy in the film. This is our role and we need to play it,” said the Spaniard.
