Ireland fans urged to join waiting list for Euro 16 tickets

The FAI are asking supporters who failed to get tickets for Euro 2016 to contact them if they want to be included on a waiting list.

The association has advised that “applicants who received notifications from Uefa that they were unsuccessful and wish to be added to the official waiting list should forward their notification email from Uefa to [e-mail] along with their FAI account number and details of the tickets that they applied for.”

The FAI has 2,000 tickets in reserve, which they say will be distributed to the “most deserving” supporters. They have also reminded fans that a resale platform, run by Uefa, will open in March.
