Much-travelled Ciaran Kilduff moves to Dundalk
The former St Pat’s striker, who has also had spells with Shamrock Rovers, Cork City and UCD, said he was delighted to renew a working relationship with his former Hoops boss at Oriel Park.
“I am delighted to get the deal over the line,” he said. “I have worked with Stephen Kenny before and I can’t wait to play under him here. He is able to get the best out of players and he knows how to make players work for him.” The 27-year-old also links up with a number of former team mates including Ronan Finn, Daryl Horgan, Stephen O’Donnell and David McMillan.
After signing for the reigning champions and current league leaders, the Kildare native declared: “I want to win everything. I am disappointed that I missed out on Europe. I missed out on it for Pat’s a few weeks ago to come here and I was too late for the games against BATE Borisov. I am making up for lost time.”
