Striker to pay for damage to Ipswich fan’s ceiling
So much so, in fact, that Anderson offered to pay for the damage.
I've just punched a whole in my ceiling when we scored!!! Do I care? No! #itfc #coyb pic.twitter.com/LWKDtrzKfs

@P18NDO look what I did when you scored! It was worth it. But if you want to send us your goal bonus it would help! #legend #itfc #goingup

“Tell me how much to fix it and I’ll pay it mate,” Anderson replied in a message on his Twitter account, before adding in a follow-up message: “Seriously let me know. It’s my fault!”
@rossmorgan1989 tell me how much to fix it and I'll pay it mate 👍🏻

Morgan, who was watching the playoff semi-final first leg at home on TV with friends, said he was “shocked” to receive the offer after he tweeted a photograph of the damage
“It’s a great gesture from him,” he said. “I wasn’t too happy because they’d (Norwich) just scored but then when Ando scored I just lost it.
“I jumped up and went crazy and punched my fist through the ceiling when he scored,” he said.
“I was going absolutely mental and then when I noticed my fist had gone through the ceiling I stopped for a second and thought, ‘what have I done’? “But then I decided it doesn’t matter too much and went on jumping around like mad.”
@lanabethx @P18NDO I'm still buzzing from it now. I've watch the goal about 25 times again this morning. No more damage done this time.
