Lambert: Grealish nowhere near finished article

Ireland U21 prospect Jack Grealish is developing but is "nowhere near the finished article", according to Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert.

Grealish’s international future has been the subject of some debate, with Ireland and England both courting his attentions. Grealish is named in Noel King’s Ireland U21 squad for the friendly against Norway next month but has asked for further time before deciding his senior international future.

Grealish played 45 minutes for Aston Villa in their defeat by Arsenal and the club are in contract talks with their midfield starlet.
