Reds star Agger gets inked in Limerick
Fresh after the Reds’ topsy-turvy season in the Premier League, Agger decided to toast his side’s second-place finish with a new tattoo to add to the vast array.
The Danish national dropped into see his friend Ross Nagle, the manager of the Limerick tattoo parlour on Wycombe Street.
“He’s getting a tattoo done. He’s friends with Ross. We’re not saying what the tattoo is of,” explained All Star Ink employee, Lisa Kerin.
She added that Agger had planned for a while to visit Nagle’s tattoo business in Limerick, and got his opportunity when the season ended.
Kerin said the Premier League star was “a lovely guy” and he posed for pictures and signed autographs with fans outside the tattoo studio.
Agger travelled to Limerick after the friendly between Liverpool and Shamrock Rovers at Aviva Stadium. He is set to spend another few days touring Ireland before returning to England.
