Ireland showdown with Scots set for Celtic Park

Parkhead is set to host Ireland’s Euro 2016 visit to Scotland on November 14.

As Hampden Park is unavailable due to renovations, the Scottish FA were mulling over which of the Glasgow venues to stage the meeting of the Celtic cousins.

Even Ireland vice-captain John O’Shea said last month he expected Ibrox to be the venue but it has now emerged the fixture will be held at the home of Celtic.
