O’Connor drags Bray off bottom as Waterford miss out on first division play-off

Bray Wanderers climbed off the bottom of the Airtricity League Premier Division table with their first win in 14 league games when a first half goal by skipper Danny O’Connor gave them victory over Limerick at the Carlisle Grounds yesterday.

The Seagulls are now three points clear of Shelbourne with two matches remaining.

Dundalk’s hopes of winning the title were effectively ended at Dalymount Park on Saturday night when a last-minute header by Neil Yadolahi earned Bohemians a 1-1 draw.
