Gilmour: Celtic offer not enough

St Mirren chairman Stewart Gilmour claims an offer by Celtic to alter the Scottish Premier League’s voting structure did not amount to a serious concession of power.

On Monday, the Paisley chief joined with Ross County chairman Roy MacGregor to vote down plans for league reconstruction.

The blueprint would have seen the Scottish Premier League and three divisions in the Scottish Football League merged into a new 12-12-18 set-up.
