Dublin rivals up for battle

Arch-rivals Bohemians and Shamrock Rovers meet in a big Dublin derby in the Airtricity League Premier Division this afternoon.

The clubs go into the 2pm kick off at Dalymount Park having experienced contrasting fortunes on Friday night, Rovers comfortably beating St Patrick’s Athletic 3-0 in Tallaght while Bohs went down 2-1 to Cork City at Turner’s Cross.

Nevertheless, the Gypsies will be happy to recall that they got the best of it over the course of last season’s league meetings with Rovers, winning two and drawing one.
