A scan on an injury which forced the midfielder out of Bolton’s 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday has revealed a Grade 2 quad muscle tear which is expected to keep the Dubliner sidelined for between six to eight weeks.

Andrews sustained the injury when attempting a shot on goal against Palace and had to leave the field in the 76th minute.
