New Limerick manager Stuart Taylor doesn’t believe the club will be at a disadvantage as a result of the protracted nature of the search to find a successor to Pat Scully.

Limerick have 10 players signed, a few more close to signing and others due in on trial, according to Taylor who was officially unveiled as the new man in charge yesterday.

“I’m comfortable with where we are at this moment in time so in my opinion, we’re not behind anyone,” he said. “We’ve got a strategy that we’re looking to stick by and it’s a successful one where we have our plans in place and targets we want to reach.”
