Fulham manager Martin Jol compared his mood to a “thunderstorm” after a drab performance by the Londoners allowed Southampton to snatch a point yesterday.

However, Rickie Lambert’s penalty five minutes from time earned Southampton a 1-1 draw, meaning Fulham have won just one match in 11 attempts.
