It appears to be a busy week for Tony Pulis.

The Stoke City manager expects to complete the signing of Maurice Edu from Rangers today. He will also hope to clinch the loan of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Huddlestone today after complications last week. Michael Dawson is another man from Spurs who has interested Pulis but he may be outside the club’s wage budget.

Arsene Wenger looks to have completed his summer signings and has ruled out a move for Newcastle midfielder Cheick Tiote.
