Kenny’s legacy now tarnished

I’ve always been a Liverpool fan but this year has been a very unsavoury one for supporters.

Liverpool was always an organisation that did things the right way but this season there were times when I was cringing to see the way they handled things like the whole Luis Suarez affair. As a kid, my first real awareness of Kenny Dalglish was when he was manager of that great side that had Ian Rush and the Irish players like Aldridge, Houghton and Whelan. So it’s sad to see him sacked at the end of his second spell in charge. They say you should never go back for fear you might tarnish the legacy you’ve left before. That seems true in this case.
