Wolves manager Terry Connor has warned his quartet of Irish players they need to perform at their best in the Premier League to be in Giovanni Trapattoni Euro 2012 starting line-ups.

“They can only do that by playing well for Wolves,” he said.

“The only reason those lads will get selected for their country is by playing well for their club.
