FAI reveal ticket issue details

Designated Irish fans can access a sales portal on uefa.com (from December 12 to February 29) to apply for tickets. Those entitled to apply include fans who have attended away matches during qualifying; Vantage club members; season ticket holders and active block bookers. There are more than 6,500 individuals in these categories and each will be entitled to apply for two tickets for each of the group stage matches involving Ireland and the knockout stages should the side progress. Those who qualify under the above criteria will be contacted by the FAI next week and provided with a password to access the uefa website. If an application is successful, a payment will be deducted and a notification issued by March 15. Otherwise fans can book packages through Abbey Travel, the FAI’s official travel partner and Thompson Sport, travel partner of next year’s tournament. Alternatively fans can apply through the UEFA resale portal which redistributes available tickets. Clubs, leagues and affiliates who have a ticket allocation with the FAI will be contacted separately.
