High-flying Derry aiming for the top
With the top two in the top flight — Sligo Rovers and Shamrock Rovers — not in action until tomorrow and Sunday respectively, Derry City have a chance to grab first place when they play host to Bray Wanderers at the Brandywell this evening (7.45pm).
Derry claimed their 10th League Cup title with victory over Cork City at Turner’s Cross last Saturday but that will count for little on Foyleside if they don’t make the most of every chance.
