BOTH Cork City and Derry City have injury concerns going into today’s EA Sports Cup final at Turner’s Cross.

For Cork, Gearóid Morrissey (ankle) and Ian Turner (hamstring) are rated doubtful and were due to be assessed by the club overnight. Neal Horgan is also struggling with a knee injury while Daryl Horgan is cup-tied

For Derry, Emmet Friars returns to the starting XI as regular left-back Danny Lafferty forced misses out. Defenders Shane McEleney, who is nursing an ankle injury, and Eddie McCallion, who has a tight calf, are also concerns for Derry boss Stephen Kenny. Thomas McMonagle, James Henry, David McDaid and Ryan McBride have all been added to the travelling Candystripes squad.
