Ramires gives Carlo headache ahead of Spurs showdown

CHELSEA manager Carlo Ancelotti could face a midfield dilemma for his side’s Barclays Premier League game against Tottenham this weekend, with Ramires yet to return to first-team training following his hamstring injury.

Ancelotti had been hoping the Brazil midfielder would be back for Saturday’s must-win clash at Stamford Bridge following two-and-a-half weeks on the sidelines.

But the 24-year-old has yet to take part in full training with his team-mates.
