Danaher powers Town to another success

Danaher powered home Kevin Williamson’s corner on 34 minutes that proved decisive. They could have added a second goal soon after when Williamson was brought down in the Harps’ box but referee Conor Fitzgerald waved the play on.

Harps’ Packie Mailey had a couple of headers cleared off the Athlone line but that was as close as they came as a dogged home side held on.
