Foster ready to wreck champions’ big night

AT 7.15 this evening, 20 minutes before Shamrock Rovers kick-off against Dundalk, the Airtricity League Champions flag will be ceremoniously raised over Tallaght Stadium.

It is then that the really hard work will begin, as the Hoops commence the defence of their title on the first night of the 2011 season against the side who were their bogey team last season.

Dundalk boss Ian Foster said: “We could not ask for a more difficult challenge, but it is a great start for us away to the league champions.
