Sevilla squeeze through as Dortmund dream ends

THE meeting of Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium was the big Europa League clash last night to see who would qualify from Group J and a 2-2 draw insured the Spanish side took the spoils.

Sevilla qualify along with French side Paris Saint Germain at the expense of the current Bundesliga table-toppers.

Shinji Kagawa gave Dortmund a dream start after he put them ahead on four minutes but Romaric and Fredric Kanoute struck back before half time for the home side.
