Tiago beauty lifts holders

TIAGO hit a stunning 84th-minute winner to leave Europa League holders Atletico Madrid in a strong position in Group B after a match home side Rosenborg had dominated.

Sergio Agüero struck for the holders on four minutes but Rosenborg equalised through Markus Henriksen not long after the break.

Atletico are now three points clear of third-placed Aris Thessaloniki and will qualify if they defeat the Greeks on December 1.
