West Brom upwardly mobile

Roberto Di Matteo feels it would be foolish to let his ambitions as a manager take his thoughts beyond his current job at West Brom.

But his stock is rapidly rising after his team briefly moved up to fourth in the Premier League with a 2-1 win over Fulham on Saturday.

The Italian led Albion to promotion from the Championship last season in only his second campaign as a manager, and the Baggies have now taken 15 points from their opening nine league games this term.
