Brown: Fergie entitled to pick whatever side he wants

HULL manager Phil Brown claims Alex Ferguson has the right to field whatever side he wants this weekend as the Tigers look to cling on to their Premier League status.

There has been much speculation over whether Ferguson will name a weakened team for Sunday’s final Barclays Premier League encounter at the KC Stadium as he prepares for the Champions League final.

With Hull needing to win the game to guarantee their safety, such a move could anger Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Sunderland, all of whom are in a relegation battle with the Tigers.
