Dunphy throws the book at Keane
Further evidence of Eamon Dunphy’s U-turn on Roy Keane has emerged in the pundit’s latest newspaper column, in which he castigates his former hero after the Corkman broke his silence at the weekend about his decision to quit as Sunderland manager.
Describing Keane’s weekend interview as “self-serving and hypocritical”, the player’s biographer says that if he, Dunphy, was running a football club, he “wouldn’t touch him with a barge-pole.”
