Scully wary as Cobh bid to humble Hoops

A LATE missed penalty by Drogheda United saw Cobh Ramblers salvage a point in their last Premier Division outing but the club still have much to do if they are to have any hope of avoiding the drop, beginning with the visit to St Colman’s tonight of Shamrock Rovers (kick off 7.45pm).

But while Cobh have struggled all season to replicate the form which saw them go up as First Division champions just shy of 12 months ago, Rovers boss Pat Scully still expects a difficult game in east Cork.

“It’s a tough place to go,” he says.
