Hughes still in hunt for Ronaldinho

MANCHESTER CITY manager Mark Hughes remains determined to lure Ronaldinho to Eastlands.

Talks are on-going between the club and the player’s representatives after he was off-loaded by Barcelona. City yesterday stated their ambition under Hughes by completing the signing of 21-year-old striker Jo from CSKA Moscow.

Now they want to tempt his fellow Brazilian after splashing out an undisclosed club record fee, believed to be £19million (€23m).
